Holidays mean it’s high time for pie time. The art of the pie is complicated to understand, so I will break down my personal understanding of the art. I have tried four different pies from four different places. I have rated pies based on the consistency of the filling, the texture of the crust, whether they are better warm or cold, and how accessible they are.
