Spill The Tea: Peace Tea Review

I, Isabella Bagnaro, am a devout Peace Tea drinker. I love sweet tea and have enjoyed the taste of many sweetened and flavored teas in my day. However, in my eyes, after trying teas from many, many brands and restaurants… One remains the best: Peace Tea. I drink Peace Teas multiple times a week - my bank account is crying - and I have to restrain myself from partaking in them daily. Here, I have ranked the (available) flavors from my least to most favorite. So, here are the four available flavors (or “colors”) that you can find at your local QT. Unless you live in Canada, they have many more available flavors there apparently.

Each drink was meticulously put through the following criteria: if the tea tastes like the flavor, sweetness, star rating, and they are compared to the same flavor from other brands.

Though not all flavors are equal, some factors remain the same across the board. These teas maintain their flavor over the course of several hours, have very few ingredients, and come in 23oz cans. These consistent ingredients make this drink a far better option than your typical soda or other yummy beverage. Tea (water, tea powder), cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavors, sucralose.

Caddy Shack - Tea + Lemonade

3.5/5 stars

This Caddy Shack does the classic Arnold palmer taste justice, though, it isn’t my favorite. This is one of the better ones I’ve had but not the best. Caddy Shack is good, but my least favorite of the Peace Teas. I didn’t find myself grasping onto the can with a desire and love for the flavor like I do the other Peace Teas. A relatively sweet drink, the flavors work in a blanched harmony, battling the classic (and my personal favorite) from Raising Canes. Its not as fruity as the others, so its not as recognizable or special. Where peace tea is normally my favorite raspberry or fruity tea, their sweet tea lemonade is simply ranked lower than others.

Just Peachy - Peach

4.7/5 stars

Mirror mirror on the wall who’s the sweetest of them all? Definitely this one. At the first crack of the can I was immediately greeted by the southern peachy-sweetness of this flavor. Very very close to being my second favorite. This flavor is the best peach tea I’ve had. Its distinct peach flavor is very recognizable and delectable. The tea has its wonderful peachy taste without hitting your palette with artificial flavor.

Razzleberry - Raspberry

4.9/5

I love this favor, it is neck and neck with the Sno-berry, it’s sweeter counterpart. The drink is sweet but not to the same level as its blueberry paring. This was the first flavor I ever drank, so it hold a special place in my heart and inspired my peace tea addiction. Absolutely delectable and scrumptious. This is the best raspberry flavored tea I have had. I have tried many other brands of raspberry teas and Peace Tea is on top. The sweet yet distinct raspberry flavor is balanced and borderline-perfect.

Sno-Berry - Blueberry

5/5

This incredible delight is my personal favorite. Though the raspberry was the first flavor I tried, the Sno-berry stole my heart (and taste buds). From the moment I had my first sip, it shocked me with a burst of flavor. Though this flavor is sweet and yummy, it doesn’t taste like the blueberry flavor its supposed to resemble.

My study concluded that though I have my obvious favorites, all Peace Teas are superior, and I love them. Smoothe, tasty, and sweet, these teas could easily be your new favorite drink.

My final thoughts: I would move to Canada for the rest of the flavors.
